Because I arrived before my room was ready the staff provided a room where I could leave my luggage and begin my holiday immediately. The staff gave me information regarding services in the hotel, public transport in Malta, general prices, orientation etc. When I was checked-in into my room, the room was clean, it was exactly as described on the Booking site. The Wi-Fi was working perfectly. The Air Condition unit was working great although I didn't need it. There was also a TV and it worked although I didn't use it. The linen on the bed was clean and the staff adjusted it daily. The window looked at shaft (as described on the site). The bathroom had all the facilities as described and it was cleaned daily. You got towels (which were changed daily or not, but only if You decided that and told that to the staff. You had soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. The room was excellent since I used it only for sleep because I was out all day sightseeing, visiting museums, churches and locations on Malta. The staff was friendly. It adjusted or changed Your bed linen if asked. It kept the room clean. Also changed the towels daily. The location of the hotel exceeded my expectations. First, Sliema on its own is also a beautiful place. A waterfront in front of the hotel was fantastic even during the winter. Very near the hotel was the bus station from which You could travel to Valletta (20 minutes) or somewhere else if You wanted to. 10 minutes from the hotel is the ferry that can carry You directly to Valletta (10 minutes). All in all, since I only used a room to sleep overnight, I am very pleased with everything.

The hotel is located on the waterfront in Sliema: cross the street (make sure you look right, not left!) and you are on an amazing promenade overlooking the sea. There are buses (D3 on the same side of the street as the hotel and X2 across the street) that you can take to the airport. Bus 202 (the same side of the street as the hotel) will take you to Rabat and Mdina with its amazing cathedral of St Peter and Paul (also visit the cathedral museum whose hidden gem is a collection of Duerer's prints). Numerous buses (the other side of the street) run regularly and frequently to Valletta, Malta's beautiful and unique capital. Along the promenade, going all the way to St Julian's Bay to the west and the ferry terminal to the east, there are many bars, cafes and restaurants. To get to the ferry terminal, take a shortcut along Triq it-Torri. Also, the views of the sea and Valletta are breathtaking. The room is VERY comfy! There is everything you need for a perfect stay: lots of lights, heating, a very comfy bed, toiletries, a good hot shower, a TV showing major news and movie channels in English, a hairdryer, etc. The hotel staff are VERY helpful and friendly. The sheets and towels are changed regularly. If you wish, you can have a good breakfast downstairs. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby and a pub Salisbury Arms with a very warm and friendly ambiance.

Very well located hotel, so near to the bus stop Chalet where you can catch all busses you need, even to the airport (direct fast line). The staff is okay. The room very nice equiped but some things in the hotel are old and need renovations, like the breakfast area - too small for all the guests, the lobby as well, the doors in the rooms let all the noise come in. The rooms with the view are impressive BUT very loud, the main street goes just downstairs and the next buildings are loud pubs with young people who party hard especially on weekends: good earplugs are a must. The breakfast contains enough food but not tasty, well, for a few days it was okay, for a longer stay you could get bored. Despite all those minor inconveniences, the relation price to quality is adequate, you won't get a Hilton for this money, I recommend the hotel for people who aren't very demanding and don't pay atention to details, they will be very pleased.

Room had a view to another building but it's not hotel's fault I didn't want to pay for a seaview, tbh if you are using hotel just to shower and sleep like I do, view is not important, literally just get out of hotel and you have a seaview haha. Breakfast was good, it is the same every day but you won't stay hungry. Location is perfect you have two bus stations nearby and from there you can catch busses to everywhere on the island. Room had enough space for 3 of us, and it was comfortable, no complaints!

I hadn't stayed here before, so I didn't know what to expect. But I arrived in the middle of the night, and the young lad on Reception was fine about things. My room was simply enormous. Breakfasts were fine, and the young lad serving them was helpful and understanding when I arrived very late, one morning. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's near that Fortizza castle thing, and not far from a bus stop. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It's right on the seafront.
